Eric has been with Halcyon since nearly the very begining; he is a 7+ year veteran mixing drinks and making lattes! He grew up in Minnesota, but calls Austin home now. Of course he sports that beard to remind him of the great white north! -

My name is Jeremy, I moved to Austin in December of 07 to be nearer to my kids. I instantly fell in love with the city. I started working for Halcyon in January of 08. I really love working at Halcyon because of the atmosphere and the clientele also the staff is some of the coolest people I have ever had the privilege to work with. -
